Holiday Itinerary
Arrive in Buenos Aires to start your holiday, we will meet you at the airport and escort you by private vehicle to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for you to explore Buenos Aires. The city is home to stunning architecture, cuisine, wine and nightlife all within a short walking distance from your hotel. Enjoy a tour to discover the beauty and magic of Buenos Aires. Observe the symbolic Obelisk on 9 de Julio street before continuing to visit Plaza de Mayo to see the Cathedral and Casa Rosada (and itss famous "Evita balcony"). From here continue south to San Telmo famous for its antiques shops and market (Sunday only) before touring La Boca, home to the colourful Caminito Street with its tango dancers and souvenir shops, and Boca Juniors football stadium. Next visit the port district of Puerto Madero and the residential district of Palermo with its large parks and monuments. The tour concludes in Recoleta, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Buenos Aires where you will find the famous Recoleta cemetery, elegant cafes and restaurants.

Free morning and afternoon in Buenos Aires to explore more of this famous city at your leisure. In evening you will get to experience a night of iconic Argentinian entertainment with dinner and a tango show. Today you will journey on a full day excursion into the UNESCO World Heritage Glaciers National Park to visit the iconic Perito Moreno glacier. You will board the Safari Nautico cruise ship to cruise Lake Rico passing icebergs as you travel towards the glacier for unbeatable views of the glacier from a unique perspective. Following the cruise you will travel to the viewing platforms to spend time at your leisure admiring this natural wonder and, if you are lucky, see and hear some of the dramatic icefalls.

Options: Upgrade your Perito Moreno visit to a Mini-Trekking excursion to hike over the glacier with crampons (age restricted 10-65 years old). Enjoy a free day to explore the quaint town of El Calafate on the banks of Lake Argentina. The town center is compact and full of artesan crafts and boutiques stalls, and if you are interested in nature Reserva Laguna Nimez is only a short walk from the town and flamingos and other birdlife can be spotted feeding in the waters.

This morning fly from El Calafate to the city of Mendoza in the heart of Argentina's famous red wine region. Mendoza is the best place in Argentina to visit the thriving vineyards and sample the world-famous malbec produced here. The city has much more to offer than just wine though and its location in the foothills of the Andes has blessed Mendoza with absolutely breathtaking scenery.

This morning fly from Mendoza to Puerto Iguazu on the Argentina side of Iguazu Falls. On arrival we will escort you your hotel in this sub-tropical jungle region of Argentina.

Today enjoy a guided excursion to the UNESCO World Heritage Iguazu National Park to experience the incredible Iguazu Falls in all their glory. Start your visit by strolling along walkways built around the falls which provide some unique views of the falls. Later take the small train within the park to visit the spectacular Devil's Throat, the most furious and powerful part of the falls. In the afternoon your tour continues with an exhilarating boat safari up river to the base of the falls - just bring some waterproofs as you may get wet!

This morning we will escort you over the border to Brazil to enjoy a guided visit to the Brazilian side of the falls. The Brazilian side of the river faces the falls and has the most impressive panoramic views of the hundreds of falls that make up the Iguazu Waterfall. After the visit we will escort you back to Argentina and onward to Puerto Iguazu airport for your return flight home.

You may find better international flight options from Sao Paulo in Brazil in which case we can escort you to Foz do Iguacu airport on the Brazil side of the border instead of Puerto Iguazu airport in Argentina.
